Shipping

Estimated shipping time is 5-10 days.

All LumaRestore orders include tracked delivery, so you can follow your package from dispatch to arrival.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking details when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, carrier performance, customs processing, and other conditions outside our control.

Returns

Your order is protected by our 30-Day Home Trial.

If your LumaRestore product is not the right fit for your routine, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return process.

Before sending any product back, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products should normally be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Returned in original condition
Returned with original packaging where possible
Returned with included accessories where applicable
Free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized modification

Refunds

1-Year Warranty

Eligible LumaRestore products may include a 1-Year Warranty for manufacturing defects or product faults under normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorized repairs, normal cosmetic wear, improper storage, or use outside the provided instructions.

To request warranty support, contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos showing the issue.

RoHS relates to restrictions on certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products.
